2023 IDF REPORT - Philadelphia Activities Fund

The 2023 Philadelphia Activities Fund (PAF) Identification of Funds (IDF) report is due no later than May 31, 2024. The IDF report accounts for grant funds provided by PAF, and includes a detailed list of all expenditures (captured in the provided IDF Cover Sheet) and copies of all accompanying receipts.

Please note that failure to submit the full IDF Report or otherwise comply with you and/or your organization’s financial reporting obligations will result in ineligibility for future PAF grants.

The IDF report may be submitted in one of the following ways:

With your 2024 PAF application – there will be an opportunity to upload the IDF report within the application when it opens on April 15, 2024.
By emailing the full report (including copies of receipts) to info@philaactivitiesfund.org
By submitting through the Submittable platform. To do so please:
